The booking lands. The clean is already on the record.

Graig Cleaning turns around holiday lets for Graig Escapes in Wales, and has run on Tyst since our launch in May 2026. This is the story of what happened when a new unit went live.

The gap between a booking and a clean

Every booking creates a clean. In most operations, someone has to spot the booking, copy the dates across and tell the cleaning team. Miss one and a guest walks into a unit nobody turned around.

What changed

Graig Escapes added a new unit, the Loki hut. They copied its Lodgify booking calendar into Tyst. That was the whole setup.

Within seconds, Graig Cleaning was notified of nine new cleans. Each one landed on their booking intake, ready to allocate into the week. No rekeying. No message chain. No changeover left to memory.

Within seconds it had notified Graig Cleaning of 9 new cleans.

Added the Loki hut, used the Lodgify booking calendar, simply copied and pasted the calendar and it sent the cleans to Graig Cleaning. They show on the booking intake. You've just made Lucy's job even easier.

Why it matters

The clean exists the moment the booking does. It's on the record before anyone has to remember it, and from there every job is witnessed the same way: photographed, timestamped, location-tagged and signed off.

If it isn't witnessed, it didn't happen.
